Palms is a residential community located in Palm Desert, California.
Homes range in size from 2,500 to 4,000 square feet. Available
options include three car garages, separate guest quarters
and custom swimming pools. Prices start in the low $300’s.
These
homes are marketed primarily to “move–up” buyers
who bring existing equity to their purchase from a previously
sold home. Product is sold on a pre-sale basis with no available
standing inventory.
The strong demand in the Palm Desert area and relatively
low availability of building lots has made Hovley Palms a
very strong project. As of December 2003, all units have
been sold and closed.
