 Madison Ridge is a 90 home residential community with an additional 8 acres proposed for commercial development located in Caldwell, Idaho, just east of Boise. Construction is tentatively scheduled to begin in mid-2008.
Homes will range from 1,700 to 3,000 square feet and will be priced from the upper $300’s.
Demand for housing in the greater Boise area has increased dramatically and the lack of affordable housing in the city of Boise has created the urban sprawl east to Caldwell.
