Sandhurst Cove Homes
Sandhurst Cove is a private, gated
residential community located in Indio, California. Homes range
in size from 1,700 to 3,000
square feet. Available options include third car garages, separate
guest quarters and a large variety of finishes and interior
upgrades. Prices start in the mid $200’s through the
mid $300’s. This
project officially opened in January 2004 and has experienced
phenomenal success with nearly 60 homes being sold in the
first week of sales. The city of Indio is currently experiencing
a housing boom and there is virtually no available inventory
for sale. This project sold out in December 2004.
